Receive signed LOI & Good Faith Deposit.
Step 4:
Order Third Party Reports.
Step 5:
Fulfill Stips.
Step 6:
Receive & review Appraisal & Complete Underwriting.
Step 7:
Confirm Closing Date & Prepare Loan Documents.
Step 8:
